Yes! we grow accustomed to a certain lifestyle when we reach a certain point in life, I think. For example, when you start making a decent income you buy more things and convince yourself that you really need those things to make you happy, but in reality, they don’t. I always wondered to myself how happy you’d feel if you only had $10 in the bank if you make 50K+ per year. I know I won’t…but as humans, we tend to ignore that fact and continue on with our lives.
